I’m a 23-year old guy who recently got sick of working out the “normal” way–long, boring workouts that don’t change much. Since high school, I’d lost a lot of my speed and quickness, so I needed something that would bring that back, without sacrificing strength or power. I stumbled upon CrossFit back in April or May 2007, and I haven’t done anything but CrossFit since.

CrossFit Jason is my interpretation and attempt at using CrossFit principles to achieve maximum fitness—strength, speed, agility, power, flexibility, etc. I’ll be posting my workouts and results, information on exercises and techniques, how to make some of your own equipment, and some nutritional tips. If you want to get stronger, run faster and jump higher, CrossFit is for you. Elite fitness does not come without hard work, sweat and dedication–and sometimes a visit from Mr. Pukie.
